As electric field lines are originating from Q1 and terminating at Q2
Q1 is +ve and Q2 is (-)ve.
Density of field lines α strength of electric field α |Q|
So, |Q1|>|Q2| (A)

E1= Electric field at P due to Q1
E2= Electric field at P due to Q2
For Ep=0,E1E2=0
E1E2=0
E1=E2
kQ1(r+d)2=kQ2r2
Q1Q2=(r+d)2r2
As |Q1|>|Q2|, so, such r exists.
