The correct option is C Both B and C
Haemoglobin, the respiratory pigment in man, chimpanzee, gorilla and rat contains 2 α chains and 2 β chains of amino acids. When a comparison study was done, we found out that the amino acids in the β chain of haemoglobin in Chimpanzee and human are the same. But there is a difference of 31 amino acids when a rat and a human being is considered. Similarly, considering the case of gorilla and humans, we find that there is a difference of 1.
