  • Number of neurons = 6

(a) Number of electrons = Number of protons = 5

(b) Atomic number = Number of protons = 5

(c) Mass number = Number of protons + Number of neurons = 6 + 5 = 11

(d) Electronic configuration = 2,3

Valence electrons = Number of electrons in outermost shell of an atom of an element = 3

(e) Valency = 3
