Let suppose the mirror is rotated by θ in anticlockwise direction.

Angle between old normal N and new normal N is θ.

As per question, we want vertical reflected ray.

Angle of incidence with the new normal is 60θ

Angle of reflection is 60θ

For vertical reflected ray,

θ=60θ

2θ=60θ=30

Hence, option (b) is correct.
