Immunization is the process of the body building up natural defences against the bacteria.

Vaccine exists outside the body and is later introduced to the body

Immunization is the process that happens within the body after the vaccine is introduced to the body.

Examples

Small pox vaccine, measles vaccine, H1N1 vaccine.
