Here are some of the differences between an embryo and a seed.
1. Embryo is a specific part of seed. On the other hand, seed contains the embryo and the endosperm.
2. See is an embryonic plant and stores food. And then after some time they turns into a new plant. However, Embryo is a multi-cellular diploid Eukaryote. In humans, it is called embryo until eight weeks of fertilization and then it is called a fetus.
