Solution

The correct options are
C

Moves in a bi-directional way

D

RNA primers are involved

The bacterial chromosome is circular and hence the replication process proceeds in both directions simultaneously. While the leading strand is synthesised in the 5’ - 3’ direction, the lagging strand is synthesized in the 3’ - 5’ direction with the help of Okazaki fragments. The beginning of the leading strand has an RNA primer to initialize the replication and the lagging strand has many RNA primers which give rise to many Okazaki fragments.
