Solution

Price of gold is directly proportional to its weight i.e., as weight of gold increases, its price also increases.

In direct proportion, ratio of two proportional quantities is always constant.
Given price of 10 gram gold is ₹30000.

For 5 gram of gold, price will be
x5=3000010
x = ₹15000

Price of 5 gram gold = ₹15000

For price ₹27900, weight of gold
27900x=3000010
x = 9.3 gram

For ₹27900, we get 9.3 gram gold.

For price ₹44100, weight of gold
44100x=3000010
x = 14.7 gram

For ₹44100, we get 14.7 gram gold.

For 18 gram of gold, price will be
x18 = 3000010
x = ₹54000
Price of 18 gram gold = ₹54000
