Solution

The correct option is D I, II and III are incorrect
Prokaryotes are generally smaller and differ from eukaryotic cells in terms of structural elements and genetic processes, e.g. bacteria, blue-green algae, mycoplasma, etc.

Unlike eukaryotes, prokaryotes lack a true nucleus and the membrane-bound organelles (mitochondrion, chloroplast, Golgi bodies, ER). However, they do possess nuclear membrane and pili projecting from the cell surface. Hence, the statement I is incorrect.

Pili are absent in eukaryotic cells, hence the statement II. is incorrect.

Ribosomes are 70S type in prokaryotes, while it is 80S in eukaryotes. However, the 70S type of ribosomes are found in mitochondria and chloroplasts of eukaryotic cells. Thus, statement III. is also incorrect.
