Bose - Einstein condensate is the state where when we cool an element to a temperature very close to absolute 0. The atoms begin to lose their identity and behave as a "super atom”.

While super cooling is the process when a liquid is cooled to a temperature below its melting point. This leads to the formation of crystals and solidification but sometimes it can become supercooled and remain liquid below its melting point because there are no nucleation sites to initiate the crystallization.
