Out of 20 amino acids 10 can be synthesized inside the human body and these are called as non-essential amino acids.
Non-essential amino acids: ​Cysteine, Asparagine, Alanine, Aspartic acid, Tyrosine, ​Serine, Glutamine, Glycine, Glutamic acid, Proline.

The remaining 10 cannot be synthesized inside the body and must be taken in diet. They are called essential amino acids.
Essential amino acids: Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Methionine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Lysine, Valine, Arginine and Histidine.

Hence, option (b) is correct.
