C is smaller in size than B.
As we move from left to right across a period in periodic tabls, atomis size decreases. This is due to the addition of an extra electron in the valance shell which increases the nuclear attraction and atomic size decreases. As we move from top to bottom in a group, atomic size increases due to the addition of an extra shell.
