Given velocity of man VM=5 kmph
Let VT be velocity of train,
Velocity of train wrt man is
VTM=VTVm
as VT,VM are in opposite directions
VTM=VT+VM=VT+5

Now t=dVTM=100VT+5=7.2 sec
VT+5=1007.2 m/s
VT+5=100072×185 kmph
VT+5=50
VT=45 kmph
