Since, the acceleration is along the direction of motion, a = + 10ms2, initial velocity u= 0 and height s= 20 m.
Using v2​ = u2​​ + 2as
v2​ =​ 0 + 2 × 10 × 20​ = 400
v = 400 = 20 ms1
