Find the value of k:

The system of equations will have infinitely many solutions when

D=D1=D2=D3=0, that is:

k123-1-2-2-2-4=1122-1-23-2-4=k1232-2-23-4=k113-12-2-23=0

Now solving D2=0

k1232-2-23-4=0⇒k-8--6-1-12-4+29--4=0⇒k-2+16+26=0⇒-2k=-42⇒k=21

So, the value of k is 21.

Hence, the answer is 21.
