Distance of COM from axis of rotation is d2=l24+b24=0.06254
Moment of inertia =m12(l2+b2)+md2 =2012(0.2)2+(0.15)2+20(0.06254) =53[0.0625]+5[0.0625] =0.1041+0.3125=0.416 kg m2
