Screw:

1. An inclined plane wrapped around a shaft is known as a screw.
2. The two primary functions of a screw are to hold things together or to lift objects.
3. The threading around the shaft in a screw makes it an efficient tool to hold things together.
4. The threads grip the surrounding material like teeth, resulting in a secure hold.
5. A few examples of screws include screw, bolt, clamp, spinning stool, and spiral staircase.

Three uses of screw :

1. Used to fasten two pieces of wood or metal.
2. A cork screw is used for pulling out a cork from the bottles of ketchup or cold drink.
3. Screw jack is basically a nut and bolt arrangement used for lifting one side of a car or a truck, in order to change the punctured wheel.
