Let the % of isotypes which is lighten =x
% of isotopes which is heavier =(100x)

Now
ATQ Average mass of element =A

Average mass of element=ni(%Abundance of the isotope)Ai×Ai100

A=x(A1)100+(100x)(A+3)100

Axx+100A+300Ax3x=100A

4x=300

x=75%

% of heavier isotype =(10075)%

=25%
