Let volume of flask = 1 L
Volume α number of moles initially (n1)
Volume of air expelled 14L14n1
Number of moles left in the flask = (n114n1)=34n1

Ideal gas equation:
P1V1=n1RT1 ...(i),P1V1=n2RT2 ...(ii)
(Since P and V of the flask are constant)
From Eqs. (i) and (ii)
n1T1=n2T2
n1×300=34n1T2
T2=300×43=400K=127 C
