(i) The deficiency of vitamin calciferol (D) results in the diseases which are related to bones.
(ii) Tocopherol and ascorbic acid are the two vitamins which are obtained by eating the fruits.
(iii) The deficiency of vitamin thiamine causes paralysis. To prevent the condition, we should eat cereals, oil seeds, vegetables, milk, meat, fish and eggs.
(iv) We should eat healthy foods which are rich sources of vitamins like the fruits, vegetables, egg, fish, meat, milk and sprouts.
