Oxyhydrogen is used in torches to process refractory materials and is used for welding.
An oxyhydrogen torch is an oxy-gas torch that burns hydrogen (fuel) with oxygen (oxidizer).
The heat produced by the oxyhydrogen flame is around 2500⁰C.
At this temperature, the metal easily gets melted and hence it can be cut apart or welded together.
