It is a macromolecule consisting of DNA, RNA, and associated proteins.
Chromatin is present in eukaryotic cells' nuclei.
Helps in fitting genetic material into cells.
They also control gene expression.
Nucleosomes:
They are repeating units of chromatin.
They appear as "beads on strings" when observed under an electron microscope.
Therefore, nucleosomes & chromatin are not the same.
