Then equation of the locus of points is given by
(h+3)2+(k2)2=(h0)2+(k4)2
h2+6h+9+k24k+4=h2+k28k+16
6h+4k3=0
6x+4y3=0
This is the perpendicular bisector of the line joining (3,2) and (0,4)
