Weight of brass hemispherical shell(w) = weight density × volume.

Volume of hemispherical shell 'V' is 23π(r32r31).
where,
r2 is outer radius and r1 is inner radius.
Thickness of shell 't' is r2r1.
r1=7 cm
r2=r1+t=7+0.1 cm =8 cm
V=23π(7.1373) =31.24 cm3
w = weight density × volume
= 17.3 g/cm3 × 31.24
= 540.45 g
