Coordination is the essence of management as:
1. Coordination is needed to perform all the functions of management starting from planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Example: Google mangers coordinate through these function to achieve the organisation.
2. Coordination is required at all the levels from top level management to middle level management to lower level management. Example: Pepsi co. has all the level of management who coordinate with each other in order to achieve the goals.
