Unicellular Multicellular
Organisms made of a single cell are said to be unicellular. Organisms made of more than one cell/cell types are said to be multicellular.
All the functions are performed by a single cell. Different cells are specialized to perform specific functions.
They are usually microscopic (small) and are less complex. They are large and more complex.
E.g: amoebaE.g: plants, animals etc.
