The correct option is B 16:1:2
Let the mass of each gas be w

so,

Number of moles of H2=w2

Number of moles of O2=w32

Number of moles of CH2=w16

then,

Volume of H2=w2×22.4 L

Volume of O2=w32×22.4 L

Volume of CH2=w16×22.4 L

therefore,
w/2w/32=16 for H2

w/32w/32=1 for O2

w/16w/32=2 for CH2
Ratio=16:1:2
