For a monoatomic gas,
Cp=5R2 and Cv=3R2

now, equal volume of gases at same T and P contain equal number of moles (Avogadro law) so let n moles of gas A are there so n moles will be of B.

So, for a mixture of A and B gas :
Cmix = n1C1+n2C1n1+n2
Cvmix =n3R2+n3R2n+n=3R2

Cpmix = n5R2+n5R2n+n=5R2
γmix=CpmixCvmix
CpmixCvmix=53
=1.67
