  • Vitamin A sources include spinach, diary products, cheese, green vegetables. Deficiency disease is night blindness. Function of Vit A is it helps in growth, essential for vision.​
  • The sources of Vitamin B are whole grains, mushrooms, meat and liver. Vit B helps in the formation of red blood cells and improves brain function. Its deficiency leads to beriberi.​
  • The sources of Vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid are oranges, kiwi, red chillies and apricots. Vitamin c helps the body to promote wound healing, and helps in maintaining the health of the skin, teeth, gum and blood cells.​
