b) Acute
Since, $∠ C O A = ∠ C O B + ∠ B O A$
= $20^{\circ} + 30^{\circ} = 50^{\circ}$
Because $∠ C O A = 50^{\circ} < 90^{\circ}$

So, $∠$ COA is an acute angle.

c) Obtuse
Since, $∠ A O E = ∠ A O B + ∠ B O C + ∠ C O D + ∠ D O E$
= $30^{\circ} + 20^{\circ} + 40^{\circ} + 40^{\circ} = 130^{\circ}$
Because $∠ A O E = 130^{\circ} > 90^{\circ}$

So, $∠$ AOE is an obtuse angle.
