Solution
Anaphase:
Between telophase and metaphase, the chromosomes migrate apart from one another to opposing poles of the spindle during anaphase, the third stage of cell division.
The activity of the condensing spindle fibres causes sister chromatids to move to opposite poles of the cells, which is the main event of Anaphase.
When the pressure is high enough to split the centromere, the chromatids begin to separate.
Each chromatid basically becomes a chromosome at this moment.
