Examples are Curd, cheese, butter, and other dairy products are examples as gels.

Explanation of a gel: A gel is a liquid in which the solid particles are linked together to form a hard or semi-rigid combination. Examples: A gel is something like fruit jelly. Another type of gel is cooked and cooled gelatin. Gelatin protein molecules crosslink to produce a solid mesh that includes liquid pockets.

Thus the two examples of gels are Curd and Cheese.
