How blood is circulated in the body?

Blood Circulation:

1. Through the circulatory system, which circulates blood, all of the body's cells are supplied with nutrients and oxygen.
2. The circulatory system (cardiovascular system) transfers blood from the heart to the lungs to add oxygen to the blood.
3. The heart pumps oxygenated blood through the arteries to the rest of the body.
4. Veins bring oxygen-depleted blood back to the heart to restart circulation.
5. The heart and the blood vessels that run throughout the body make up this structure.
6. Blood is transported from the heart via the arteries and returned by the veins.
7. When the heart slows down in between two heartbeats, blood circulation begins.
8. The bottom two chambers of the heart, the ventricles, expand as the blood flows from the two atria, the upper two chambers.
9. The left ventricle pumps oxygen-rich blood into the main artery as part of the systemic circulation (aorta).
10. From the major artery, the blood passes through bigger and smaller arteries before entering the capillary network.
11. There, the blood loses nutrition, oxygen, and other essential components while gaining carbon dioxide and waste materials.
12. The blood is gathered in veins and moves to the right atrium and right ventricle while being depleted of oxygen.
