Medical use of ultrasound:

1. It is used in the medical diagnosis of tumors and gallstones (by ultrasonography), heart diseases (by ECG), and other disorders.
2. One of the most common uses of ultrasound is during pregnancy, to monitor the growth and development of the fetus.
