Question

How to find number of gametes in monohybrid cross?

Open in App
Solution

We can find the number of gametes if we know the number of alleles in the parent that controls the characteristics.

For example if the parent has AA there will only be one gamete (A).
If the parent has Aa, there will be 2 gametes (A), (a).
