If positive charge attracts negative charge then why don't the electrons move towards the nucleus.

Its the electrostatic force of attraction which hold the electrons around the nucleus.
An atomic orbital is a mathematical function that describes the wave-like behavior of either one electron or a pair of electrons in an atom. This function can be used to calculate the probability of finding any electron of an atom in any specific region around the atom's nucleus. Electrons do not fall into the nucleus because the probability of finding the electrons in nucleus is zero.
