Is hemophilia inherited from the mother or father?

Hemophilia:

1. Hemophilia is sex-connected passive quality. It is connected to the X chromosome.
2. The hemophilia gene is transmitted by the mother. However, whether the child will be a male or a girl is determined by the father's sperm.
3. Since both parents have a hand in the outcome, it is not the "fault" of one parent. We all possess a large number of aberrant genes.
