A. Both boys and girls go through the following changes during puberty:

2. The contour of the body will begin to change.
3. The voice's tone has shifted. Girls' voices become high-pitched, while boys' voices become deep and gruff.
4. Sweat production and sebaceous gland activity are both up.
5. The reproductive organs start to develop.
6. Secondary sexual traits are visible.

B. The Growth of Boys During Puberty:

1. Beards and mustaches are examples of facial hair that grows.
2. Hair grows in the pubic areas, beneath the armpits, and under the chest.
3. The tone of the voice changes.
4. Muscles grow stronger, and the shoulder broadens.
5. Weight gain is expected.

C. Development and expansion of the breasts in girls during adolescence.

1. Under the armpits and in the pubic regions, hair grows.
2. The hips and pelvic region expand.
3. The start of the menstrual period.
4. Fat deposition around the hips.
