Turner syndrome is a monosomy in which one X chromosome is missing in a female (44A + XO). Its symptoms include short stature and lack of breast development and periods.

When a female has an extra X chromosome, they are considered as super female (44A + XXX). It is mostly symptomless, but in some it leads to the delayed motor development, delayed speech etc.

When an extra X chromosomes present in a male (44A + XXY), they developed certain characteristics that resemble feminine nature like breast development, feminized physique etc. This is known as Klinefelter syndrome.

Trisomy of the 21st chromosome results in Down syndrome. Affected individual will have distinct facial appearance, intellectual disability and developmental delays, growth failure, congenital heart disease etc. Person will exhibit 45A +XX or 45A+XY chromosomal condition.
