Why adolescence is a difficult period?

Adolescence:

1. Adolescence is a stage between being a child and an adult, i.e., the age group from 11 years to 19 years.
2. This is a stage where the physical and psychological development of a child takes place.
3. In this stage behavioral changes are common.
4. Teenagers often become angry and are in constant anxiety.
5. Due to all these changes, this stage becomes difficult for adolescents.
