  1. Minerals like calcium and phosphorus are needed in our body as it helps in building teeth and bones.
  2. Calcium also helps in the proper functioning of muscles.
  3. Iron is also an essential mineral that helps in the formation of blood.

Vitamins:

  1. All the vitamins are essential for the body as vitamin-A is essential for maintaining eyesight.
  2. Vitamin B1 is essential for growth.
  3. Vitamin C keeps the teeth gums and joints healthy and all the other vitamins are essential for proper maintenance of the body.
