Vitamin C deficiency can cause scurvy which leads to the bleeding gums and weakening of bones. Vitamin C is found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Citrus fruits like lemon and oranges and non-citrus fruits like papaya, strawberries, raspberries, amla are good sources of vitamin C.Vegetables like bell peppers, kale, broccoli, spinach, etc. are also rich in vitamin C.
