Some great author has said that a population explosion is far more dangerous than an atomic explosion. Justify this statement?

Population explosion means the rapid increase in the population.

Population explosion is far more dangerous than atomic explosion because it leads to many major problems that leave a question mark on the survival of human being. The rapid increase in population results in the increased number of consumers but very less number of products that lead to the malnutrition, increase in the prices, increase in the competition for everything, poverty and illiteracy. These things can also lead to the riots.
