Down's syndrome is a genetic disorder that is caused due to the presence of an extra copy of chromosome number 21 i.e. trisomy of chromosome 21.
Some symptoms of Down's syndrome patients are:
Heart and other organs may be defective, short stature, small round head, protruding furrowed tongue, permanently open mouth, broad hands and stubby fingers, protruding lower lip, flattened nasal bridge, short life, broad forhead, flat hand, Gonads and Genitallia are underdeveloped.
