Solution

Uniform circular motion can be described as the motion of an object in a circle at a constant speed.
In a circular motion, there is a continuous change in the direction of motion. The velocity changes when the direction changes. Therefore, circular motion is an accelerated motion.
Centripetal force is the component of force acting on an object in curvilinear motion which is directed toward the axis of rotation or centre of curvature. Centrifugal force is a pseudo force in a circular motion which acts along the radius and is directed away from the centre of the circle.
