The length of a wall is 4m, breadth is 15cm and height is 3m. How many bricks of measurement 20cm×10cm×8cm will be required to build the wall. If the cost of bricks is Rs. 120 per one thousand then find the total cost of the bricks.

Volume of the wall =4000153000cm3=180,000,000 cm3

Volume of Bricks =20108 cm3=1600 cm3

Number of Bricks Required =Volume of WallVolume of 1 Brick=180,000,0001600=1,12,500

Cost of Bricks per thousand = 120

So, Total cost =1,12,5001000120=Rs. 13,500
