Factors of 55: 1, 5, 11, 55

Factors of 45 :1, 3, 5, 9, 15, 45

So,common factors are : 1,5

Of the common factors, 5 is the greatest,i.e. HCF of numbers 55 and 45 is 5.
The maximum quantity that has to be filled is the HCF of 55 and 45.

Therefore, a maximum of 5 kg of grain can be filled in each bag.
