The correct option is B 36×10−9 N; Repulsive Force
q1=2.1 nC and q2=−0.1 nC

The force between them is attractive initially. When they are put in contact, charge sharing takes place between them, it continues to happen until their potential becomes equal. Hence, they will share equal amount of charges.

q′1=q′2=q1+q22=2.1−0.12=22=1 nC

Now, the nature of force is repulsive, as like charges repel each other.

Now,

F=kq′1q′2r2

=9×109×1×10−9×1×10−90.52

=36×10−9 N; Repulsive Force
