The correct option is B

Let the numbers be 3x and 4x.

Then (3x)2+(4x)2=625

9x2+16x2=625

i.e., 25x2=625

x2=62525=25

Since x is a natural number, x = 5.

Therefore, the numbers are 3x=3×5=15 and 4x=4×5=20.
