From the figure we can clearly see that 20 is the angle of reflection with respect to the normal N2 at mirror M2.
Therefore from law of reflection,

Hence 20 is the angle of incidence for light ray incident at M2 after getting reflected from M1
From the triangle formed by both mirrors and reflected ray at M1,
70+70+(90 θ) =180
θ=50
